IT Infrastructure Engineer (SY)

Configuring, setting up, deploying, and maintaining application infrastructure to meet the First Party's requirements.

Contributing to the development and ongoing maintenance of the First Party's Enterprise Architecture.

Configuring and monitoring network and application infrastructure within cloud providers.

Configuring and maintaining key infrastructure components when necessary, such as:

1. Identity and Access Management
2. Web Application Firewall (WAF) & Reverse Proxy
3. Anti-DDoS
4. Load Balancer
5. Kubernetes
6. Istio/Service Mesh Control Plane
7. API Gateway
8. Enterprise Service Bus (ESB)
9. Databases (as a backup for DevOps Engineer and Application Hosting Integration team)

Setting up supporting infrastructure for security configurations, including:

1. Firewall Devices
2. Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS)
3. Intrusion Detection and Prevention Systems (IDPS)
4. Security Information and Event Management (SIEM)
5. Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
6. SMTP Relay
7. Directory Services Management
8. OS and DB Clustering
9. Other components ensuring infrastructure reliability.

Maintaining and monitoring the health status of the cloud infrastructure across two cloud providers: GCP and AWS.

Creating documentation for infrastructure, operational support, and related materials to ensure the effectiveness and reliability of services.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

At least 2 years experience in roles as a DevOps/DevSecOps Engineer or Infrastructure Engineer.

Has operated infrastructure for at least two (2) systems/applications in the role of Infrastructure Engineer, with both having gone Go-Live.

Having prior experience as a DevOps/DevSecOps Engineer is considered a plus.

Understands technologies and concepts related to Application Infrastructure, including:

16. Reverse Proxy
17. Anti-DDoS
18. Load Balancer
19. Istio/Service Mesh Control Plane
20. Enterprise Service Bus (ESB)

22. Application Performance Management (APM)

Able to act as a strategic counterpart to the First Party, driving improvements in infrastructure services and technology.

Strong communication skills in professional settings, both verbal and written, in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

A team player with strong analytical thinking skills, able to understand problems and provide effective solutions.

Prior experience as a DevOps/DevSecOps Engineer is a plus.
