Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to queries on the phone, via email, in person, or through remote access.
  • Training application on phone users.
  • Running reports and analyzing common complaints and problems.
  • Maintain technical documentation and service catalog on installation of software, configuration of hardware and problem troubleshooting.
  • Testing new technology.

Requirements

Academic Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

Technical Skills Requirements

  • At least 1 Year of working experience as IT Helpdesk/IT Helpdesk Application Support. Fresh Graduates with intern experience are welcome.
  • Having good knowledge in Computer Network, Hardware & Software Troubleshooting.
  • Having good knowledge in Microsoft SQL Server (Database, Integration Services, Analysis Services & Reporting Services).
  • Able to use Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel.
  • Having good communication skill.
