IT HELPDESK L2 (PROJECT BASED)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 year of experience in IT Helpdesk or Information Technology.
- Good understanding of coding principles to effectively communicate with developers.
- Willing to work night shifts.
- Proficient in Windows operating systems.
- Understands basic computer network concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
- Familiar with productivity software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Knowledgeable in basic network security concepts
- Capable of using security tools like antivirus and firewalls.
- Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
- Has a positive personality, including patience and discipline.
- Available to work onsite and able to join immediately.
