The IT Compliance & Governance Staff is responsible for supporting the implementation and maintenance of IT governance frameworks and ensuring that the organization’s technology operations adhere to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. This role involves assisting in the development, documentation, and review of IT policies, procedures, and standard operating processes to ensure consistency and compliance. The staff also helps coordinate and support internal and external IT audits by preparing necessary documentation and addressing findings. In addition, they monitor and report on compliance risks, conduct regular assessments, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure proper controls are in place and effectively functioning. By ensuring adherence to frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL, and ISO 27001, the role contributes to the organization’s overall IT risk management and continuous improvement in governance practices.
