The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field, with 3 to 5 years of experience in full stack development, including proficiency in front-end frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular, as well as back-end experience in Node.js, Python, or PHP.

• Independently build and manage web and mobile applications across the full stack.
• Develop APIs, system logic, and front-end interfaces for both internal tools and customer-facing platforms.
• Collaborate closely with IT Architecture (system design), IT Security (compliance), and Data (analytics pipeline).
• Support integration of third-party systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, payment, warranty system).
• Write clean, efficient, well-documented code and contribute to code reviews.
• Handle staging/production deployments and monitor system health.
• Recommend and implement system improvements, frameworks, and tools.
