Job summary

A leading telecommunications company in Jakarta Utara is seeking candidates for a facility maintenance role. Responsibilities include 24x7 operational shifts, routine inspections of electrical and HVAC systems, and assisting engineers. Ideal candidates will have over 1 year of IT industry experience, a diploma or degree in Information Technology, and proficiency in English. Familiarity with Alibaba Cloud is a plus.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with IDC facility infrastructure.

Skills

Job Description:

Perform 24x7 on-duty shifts, conduct routine inspections and record results for basic facilities (electrical, HVAC, fire protection, etc.).

Handle equipment alarms and execute standard operating procedures (SOP) to carry out preliminary troubleshooting and fault resolution.

Follow the established inspection plan to conduct system and equipment inspections, ensuring stability and identifying issues in time.

Assist Engineers with routine equipment upgrades, configuration implementation, and related operations.
