Have experience 5-7 years in IT Industry and Facility Specialist

Diploma or Bachelor's degree Information Technology, Computers, or related sciences

Ensure rapid response to O&M incidents outside working hours

Capable of leading the team to improve stability and efficiency while reducing risks.

Familiar with project management tools and methodologies

Familiar with the power, HVAC, and low-voltage architecture of IDC facility infrastructure within the responsible region and their working principles

Able to independently develop and implement self-owned change and modification project MOPs

Job Description:

Act as a technical expert in the field of electrical or communications, work with Regional Manager to optimize the architecture of regional facility systems, ensuring stability and transformation improvements.

Assist Regional Manager in developing annual facility plans, budgets, and consumption management roadmaps.

Assist Regional Manager in reviewing all high-risk and complex changes, and provide technical solutions and support as a key technical reviewer for major projects.

Assist Regional Manager in conducting P1/P2 facility root cause analysis (RCA) and developing and implementing improvement measures.
