IT Executive Officer (General Manager Level) - Finance - Jakarta

Our client is a Finance company. Currently, they are looking for IT Executive Officer (General Manager Level).

Job Responsibilities:

• Management and Planning of IT Investment Projects.
• Oversee progress and planning of IT investment initiatives.
• Lead the implementation of new systems (e.g., credit assessment, RPA, mobile applications, security infrastructure).
• Promote the adoption of digital channels such as the official WhatsApp API and cashless payment solutions.
• Ensure compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP) and standardize security protocols.
• Monitor and evaluate progress toward objectives, and report to Japanese management.
• Translate board decisions into actionable plans at the operational level.
• Manage KPIs and drive operational improvements.
• Supervise and guide managers to maximize overall organizational performance.
• Other duties also assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Have bachelor's degree.
• Have working experience as IT professional (System implementation/ Planning etc.) in Finance industry more than 15 years.
• Have more than 3 years of management (*above senior manager).

Preferable Skill / Experience:

• Have Japanese company experience.
