IT DX Promotion Staff

(Code: IT DX)

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Create a support system for digitization programs.
• Perform maintenance on server applications.
• Assist users with troubleshooting and fixing applications.
• Monitor IT system applications.
• Help users as needed in relation to the digitization program.
• Assist direct/indirect superiors as needed.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree in informatics, IT, computer engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a programmer, web developer, or application developer.
• Hands-on experience in developing RESTful APIs and microservices.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in programming languages such as PHP, Python, and Java.
• Experience with frameworks like CodeIgniter and Laravel.
• Skilled in creating and configuring Linux operating systems (Debian/CentOS).
• Strong understanding of web server configurations (LiteSpeed, Nginx).
• Familiarity with AI technology and its applications.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:

• Ability to analyze system requirements and troubleshoot effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills focused on delivering solutions.

Soft Skills:

• Mature, independent, and able to work well under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
