Job Description

Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with the company's business goals.
Serve as a key advisor to executive leadership on emerging technologies and digital trends in the consumer goods sector.
Oversee IT infrastructure, including ERP systems, network architecture, cloud services, and end-user computing.
Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of all IT systems and applications.
Drive digital innovation to improve customer engagement, streamline operations, and enhance decision-making through data analytics.
Lead automation initiatives in supply chain, logistics, sales, and finance.
Lead and develop the IT team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and agility.
Manage relationships with technology vendors, consultants, and outsourced partners.
Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
Provide regular updates to senior leadership on IT performance, risks, and opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior role.
Experience in the consumer goods industry or similar fast-moving environment preferred.
Proven expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), supply chain technologies, CRM systems, and data analytics.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), cybersecurity, and digital commerce tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to align technical initiatives with business outcomes.
