Responsible for maintaining and supporting the school's information technology infrastructure. This role includes providing technical support to teachers and staff while ensuring that IT systems run smoothly to support teaching, learning, and school operations. Supporting digital transformation in the school, ensuring that technology enhances rather than hinders school operations.
Provide technical assistance to teachers, staff, and students for hardware and software issues.
Document IT procedures, troubleshooting steps, and guidelines.
Troubleshoot network connectivity problems, Wi-Fi issues, and internet disruptions.
Maintain and support school devices (computers, printers, projectors, etc.).
Assist users in using school management systems (ManageBac, SBRConnect, MySBR, Google Workspace, Moodle, etc.).
Assist in software installation, updates, and troubleshooting.
Ensure seamless integration between various school applications and platforms.
Maintain an inventory of IT assets (computers, printers, projectors, and other devices).
Track and manage hardware lifecycle, including upgrades, repairs, and replacements.
Ensure proper asset documentation and report missing or damaged equipment.
Create internal-use tools such as attendance forms, helpdesk systems, asset tracking apps, etc.
Conduct functional testing and debugging to ensure systems run smoothly.
Regularly update and improve applications based on school needs.
Use technologies such as PHP, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, MySQL.
Requirement:
Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar IT support or technician role.
Excellent verbal and written language skills: English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Proficient in hardware/software troubleshooting, including desktops, laptops, projectors, and printers.
Familiarity with school management systems (ERP, LMS, etc.) is a plus.
Ability to develop simple web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL is a plus.
Familiarity with Google Workspace platforms.
Diagnose and fix issues with computers, printers, projectors, and other devices.
Knowledge of Wi-Fi, LAN, IP addressing, firewalls, and network troubleshooting, data protection, antivirus software, firewall management, and user access controls.
Basic Coding & Scripting using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP.
