About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Developer & Support Officer to join our talented team at PT Changhong Electric Indonesia, based in Central Jakarta, Jakarta. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting and developing our company's IT infrastructure and systems.

Job Responsibilities:

1. SAP System Development Support

2. Develop interface programs, reports, and extended functions based on SAP system (FI/CO/MM/SD modules, etc.);

3. Collaborate with SAP consultants or user departments to perform data extraction, transformation, and automation scripting;

4. Handle general SAP user issues and support requests.

5. Support data integration and interface development between WMS and SAP systems;

6. Conduct testing and troubleshooting for barcode scanners and printing equipment.

7. Hardware and Network Maintenance

8. Perform basic maintenance of office IT equipment such as computers, printers, and scanners;

9. Assist in network infrastructure configuration and troubleshooting (e.g., switches, Wi-Fi, VPN, internal LAN settings);Manage IT assets and maintain repair logs and records.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

2. Work Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in IT support or software development;

3. Experience in SAP development or familiarity with SAP modules is preferred;

4. Experience in Web system development (e.g., PHP, Python, Node.js) is an advantage.

5. Technical Skills: Proficient in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, ABAP);

6. Familiar with databases (MySQL / MSSQL / Oracle) and SQL scripting;

7. Basic knowledge of networking and ability to configure network devices;

8. Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and general office equipment maintenance;

9. Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English;

10. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

11. Language Requirements: Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia;

Basic proficiency in English or Chinese is a plus (for reading technical documentation or assisting in communication).
