IT Data Center Hardware & Database Manager (Oracle EBS) – Are you looking for your next challenge in IT area? We are seeking an experienced IT Data Center to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the availability and stability of critical IT Data Center infrastructure, hardware, and company databases that are reliable.
• Optimize resource utilization and cost efficiency while maintaining high service performance.
• Conduct strategic planning and ensure infrastructure scalability, as well as take preventive measures for future needs.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards, including data confidentiality aspects.
• Strengthen the security of critical infrastructure assets.
• Provide guidance and develop knowledge and expertise for IT Data Center Hardware & Database
• Drive innovation and adopt technology with a focus on effectiveness and excellence in IT Data Center Hardware & Database operational services

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Engineering or Computer Engineering, with a minimum GPA of 3.30
• Minimum 3 years of experience in handling IT operations.
• Mandatory possession of Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) and VMware certifications.
• Strong technical understanding of OT Data Center architecture, hardware (server, storage, network) and database administration (Oracle EBS, SQL Server, MySQL, QAD Database).
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, and Microsoft Certified are preferred
• Able to perform preventive actions, troubleshooting, and maintenance related to security risks and complex technical issues.
• Experienced in planning, implementing, and managing IT infrastructure projects (hardware upgrades, database migration, new system implementation with an adjusted budget).
