• Build dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Looker, Tableau).
• Translate business questions into data models and visualizations.
• Collaborate with business units to identify KPIs, metrics, and reporting needs.
• Ensure data integrity, standardization, and validation processes.
• Support ad-hoc and routine reporting for sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Work with IT Architecture and Engineering teams to improve data pipelines and warehouse structure.
