The IT ISC Staff is responsible for supporting the security and compliance of our industrial IT/OT systems. This position plays a key role in maintaining system integrity, handling technical support, and ensuring adherence to cybersecurity and compliance standards across the manufacturing environment.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Information Systems
• 1 year experience in related roles (Data Center, Cyber Security, IT Compliance)
• Reliable and eager to learn with high attention to detail
• Good understanding of industrial IT/OT systems and network troubleshooting
• Familiar with ISO 27001 standards and cybersecurity controls (Penetration Testing is a MUST)
• Bonus point: holds ISO 27001 Foundation and Basic Penetration Tester certifications
• Willing to be placed in Sukabumi Factory

Job Descriptions

• Handle technical support tickets related to OT systems and industrial networks
• Monitor system logs and security alerts using SIEM or similar tools
• Perform routine system maintenance such as data backups and patch updates
• Document IT activities and incident handling
