Job description

The IT Coordinator is a full-time position focused on ensuring the optimum delivery of IT services and compliance in all English 1 centers. The IT Coordinator’s responsibility includes implementing, supporting, managing, and delivering IT services, process documenting, end-user training and support, site visits, compliance checks and project deliveries. In achieving the goal, the senior IT coordinator is required to coordinate with various departments, branch teams, and external parties. This position provides opportunity to travel across Indonesia and interact with people from different cultures and backgrounds.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Apply protocols for the use of IT across departments and projects

Manage and execute site projects such as site opening, moving and closing

Manage and execute nationwide projects such as technology transition

Manage and execute departmental and interdepartmental projects

Provide technical support or training related to information technology

Perform installation and configuration of software and hardware

Ensure optimum managed services performance by monitoring and evaluation

Ensure IT process workflows are adhered and up-to-date

Perform site visits for compliance check, infrastructure inventory, and training

Software license management

Software upgrade management

Provide advice on the most suitable IT choices based on brand standards

Collaborate with other professionals to maintain standards and functionality

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

Experience in network management and help desk support

Solid knowledge of IT systems including directory service, email service, endpoint management, cloud-based productivity & collaboration suite.

Understanding of TCP/IP protocols and LAN/WAN configuration

Well-versed in troubleshooting and problem solving

Experience in end-to-end project management

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Great attention to detail

Excellent organizational and coordination abilities

Motivation to learn new IT trends constantly

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree

Have a minimum of 5 years of work experience in IT infrastructure and helpdesk

IT certification is a plus

Willing to travel frequently
