Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Pre-Sales positions are prioritized.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint).
Able to quickly understand complex client-facing problems and advise effective solutions.
Good conceptual knowledge and hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and supporting IT projects.
Eager to learn new technologies related to products and services.
Familiar with enterprise IT infrastructure (Dell/HP/Lenovo/Cisco/Fortigate, etc.).
Familiar with Operating Systems; Linux and Windows Server.
Good knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMWare, Nutanix, Microsoft Hyper-V, and cloud computing.
Understanding of concepts related to Servers, Storage, LAN, WAN, Switches, etc.
