Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Strong problem-solving, prioritization skills, and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy.

Excellent presentation, organizational, and writing skills.

Max 30 years old.

Strategic thinker with a positive attitude, initiative, proactive personality, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Pre-Sales positions are prioritized.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint).

Able to quickly understand complex client-facing problems and advise effective solutions.

Good conceptual knowledge and hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and supporting IT projects.

Eager to learn new technologies related to products and services.

Familiar with enterprise IT infrastructure (Dell/HP/Lenovo/Cisco/Fortigate, etc.).

Familiar with Operating Systems; Linux and Windows Server.

Good knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMWare, Nutanix, Microsoft Hyper-V, and cloud computing.

Understanding of concepts related to Servers, Storage, LAN, WAN, Switches, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Pitch solutions to customers and explain features and benefits of products or services.
  • Prepare cost estimates and technical proposals meeting client requirements.
  • Assist sales team during technical presentations.
  • Respond to requests for information or proposals from customers.
  • Determine technical requirements to meet customer goals.
  • Develop business cases to support sales proposals.
  • Prepare and review business processes, requirements, and specifications based on proposed solutions.
  • Ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Communicate insights and plans effectively to team and management.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal teams and clients.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to gather feedback and suggest new solutions.
  • Prepare business reports on trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with sales in making proposals.
  • Manage work priorities and deadlines with the sales team.
  • Create topology diagrams, BOM, and proposals.
  • Advise clients as a trusted technology partner.
  • Conduct technical presentations and product updates.
  • Update information on new technologies and products.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and PoC environments.
