IT Business Solutions Architect

As a Business Solutions Analyst, you will be responsible but not limited to:

1. Conduct business and user requirement analysis
2. Gain / maintain an in-depth knowledge of business functions
3. Investigate, evaluate and report alternative solutions to business needs and recommend the preferred solution
4. Creating system documentation, database, flowchart, business process, application, and testing scenario.
5. Coordinate with business user and programmer team in software development projects
6. To communicate with user departments, explaining the impact of any change and training them in the use of new applications.

Requirements:

1. Must be willing to work at a mining site in Papua with a roster system (6 weeks onsite, 2 weeks off)
2. Must possess a Bachelor Degree, majoring in IT/Computer Science with minimum GPA 3.00
3. Have at least 3-5 years of experience as Business System Analyst or relevant roles.
4. Familiar with agile development
5. Fluent in English for both verbal and written is mandatory
6. Having knowledge to identify, evaluate, operational processes and procedures, problems and requirements
7. Excellent in creating system documentation, database, flowchart, business process, application, and testing
8. Good leadership skill, initiative, teamwork, integrity, and detail-oriented person
9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to write reports and business correspondence
10. Analytical, good communication, and can-do attitude is a must.
