IT Business Solution Development Manager

We are seeking a talented and experienced IT Business Solution Development Manager to join our team in Jakarta. This is a full-time on-site role where you will be responsible for leading the development of business solutions for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements, design innovative solutions, and ensure successful implementation. As a Business Solution Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth and delivering high-quality solutions.

Job Descriptions :

Have a responsibility for guiding the success of a product and leading the cross-functional team for improving it sets the strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for a product or product line.

Provide the deep product expertise needed to lead the organization and make strategic product decisions.

Analyze market and competitive conditions, laying out a product vision that is differentiated and delivers unique value based on customer demands.

Plan activities from strategic to tactical and provides important cross-functional leadership — most notably between engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams

Own the creative process of generating, developing, and curating new ideas

Develops the business case for new products, improvements to existing products, and business ventures.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

Prior experience in an IT company (System Integrator); proven experience in business solution development, systems integration, or consulting roles

Strong experience in network infrastructure

Strong knowledge of the Telecommunication, IT and/or Financial Industries

Excellent understanding of business processes and requirements

Ability to analyze complex problems and propose effective solutions

Strong leadership and project management skills (attains certification in product management is an advantage)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong business acumen and strategic thinking

Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages

Willingness to travel as required
