A leading biotech company in Jakarta Timur is seeking an IT Project Coordinator to act as the first point of contact for manufacturing IT needs. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, supporting IT systems implementation, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and 3–5 years of experience in IT support or project management. Act as the first point of contact for manufacturing and other departments on IT-related needs.
Gather and document requirements from production, quality, supply chain, and commercial functions.
Provide feedback to IT leadership to ensure solutions align with operational priorities.
Support the implementation and adoption of manufacturing IT systems such as MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), QMS, SCADA, LIMS, EBR, and IoT/OT integrations.
Assist in digital initiatives for automation, real-time data visibility, predictive maintenance, and paperless manufacturing.
Provide training and coaching for shopfloor users on new systems and tools.
Ensure smooth coordination between OT (Operational Technology) and IT infrastructure.
Coordinate IT-related projects in manufacturing and other departments under IT leadership.
Apply PMP/Agile practices to support project planning, execution, and reporting.
Track project milestones, monitor risks, and escalate issues as required.
Ensure effective collaboration across production, quality, IT, and compliance teams.
Ensure IT systems used in manufacturing comply with GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and data integrity standards.
Support IT-related activities during audits and inspections.
Follow company policies for Computer System Validation (CSV) and change control processes.
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Training in IT project management or IT service management is an advantage.
3–5 years of experience in IT support, business analysis, or project coordination.
Exposure to manufacturing IT systems (MES, SCADA, ERP integration, LIMS, EBR) is highly preferred.
Experience supporting regulated environments (pharma, food & beverage, chemical, etc.).
Familiarity with IT operations and infrastructure basics.
