Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, IT Business Partner, or similar role in the retail or consumer goods industry.
• Proven experience in retail systems such as POS, ERP, CRM, or e-commerce platforms.
• Skills in querying/gathering data from systems via databases/servers.

• Act as the primary contact between IT and business units.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve performance and customer experience.
• Support digital transformation and e-commerce enhancement projects.

Job description

Act as the primary point of contact between IT and designated business units (e.g., retail operations, supply chain, merchandising, finance).

Understand business strategies, challenges, and priorities to translate them into IT needs.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for technology to improve performance, customer experience, and efficiency.

Align IT initiatives with business goals through proper planning and roadmap development.

Advocate for business needs within the IT team and ensure service delivery and support quality.

Gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements for system improvements or new solutions.

Work closely with stakeholders to understand and define workflows, pain points, and improvement areas.

Support digital transformation, ERP, POS, and e-commerce enhancement projects.

Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analysis for proposed solutions.

Collaborate with developers, vendors, and QA teams to ensure the successful delivery of IT solutions.

Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and training sessions.

Requirement:

• 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, IT Business Partner, or similar role in the retail or consumer goods industry.
• Proven experience in retail systems such as POS, ERP, CRM, or e-commerce platforms.
• Skills in querying/gathering data from systems via databases/servers.
