Explore user needs and express them in the form of a Business Requirement Document.
Create and ensure complete documentation for the application development process.
Coordinate between users and the IT team so that application development runs smoothly according to user needs that match the company's needs.
Create test scripts and test scenarios for testing purposes.
Conduct testing together with ITDev (SIT) and User (UAT) to ensure the application runs properly.
Be the first point of contact if there is a problem with the application before being forwarded to the IT Development team.
Minimum Qualifications
Have min. 3 years of work experience in the same field. Preferably have a background in the insurance world, especially general insurance or reinsurance.
