IT Business Analyst

3 years experience as IT Business Analyst (having experience in healthcare industry is preferred).

In-depth knowledge of requirement specifications and development, process flows, and developing business use case scenarios.

Sound knowledge in understanding business processes, customer journey, evaluating bottlenecks, and identifying improvements in the processes.

Good analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication, proficient in dealing with people.

Having the right interpersonal and consultative skillsets (Good communication skills to build and maintain customer relationships).

Experienced in system testing (as user representative) and holding UAT sessions.

Placement: SCBD (WFO); willingness to travel to sites, if needed.
