Job description

Supervise and provide coaching to Business Analysts, establishing and building the Business Analysis capability within the Transformation organization to deliver greater value to the business.

Bridge the gap between business users, solution architects, and IT developers/vendors by conducting business and research analysis.

Enhance business satisfaction with IT services through effective business user relationship management and securing buy-in from end-users.

Collaborate as part of a team to deliver appropriate business analysis that meets project requirements.

Handle medium to large projects of moderate to high complexity to achieve project objectives on time and within quality standards.

Qualifications:

  1. University degree, preferably in Business, Finance, IT, or related disciplines.
  2. 7+ years of proven experience in business requirement gathering or application functional design.
  3. Over 7 years of solid experience in life insurance, pension, group insurance, general insurance, business, finance, or technology analysis in large organizations.
  4. Professional certification such as Rational Object Oriented Analysis and Design, Rational Requirements Management with Use Case Certification, or Rational Unified Process Certification is preferred.
