IT Business Analyst

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in IT related major with GPA >= 3.50
2. Have maximum 1 year of working experience as Business Analyst, System Analyst, or Functional Consultant
3. You are an organized and not an anti-documentation person
4. Basic common-sense functioning normally
5. Not a total 100% introvert person; you need to connect to different people daily
6. Like to bond with the team through coffee or meals or snacks together
7. Proud to be working as a superteam, not as a superstar
8. Still have a sense of humor and calm even though things are tough
9. Have courage to speak up their thoughts and opinion
10. Detail-oriented; you cannot design a good system without thinking about each and every spec in detail
11. Testing is a big part of the task; test-retest and repeat
