Leads the testing effort and take ownership of the documentation of all QA process and results.
Liaises with clients to understand the business issues, processes and organization requirements.
Assists to prepare and review the business processes, requirement and functional specifications based on the proposed solutions to prepare appropriate test cases.
Reports, tracks and monitor any issues raised by clients and ensure the issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Communicates closely with client and manage the client expectations and deliverables.
Works closely with the technical team and project manager to ensure successful delivery of the projects according to the schedule.
