IT Business Analyst

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

3 years experience as IT Business Analyst (having experience in healthcare industry are preferred).

Proven experience working with both technical and business stakeholders.

Experience in full SDLC (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).

Familiarity with requirement gathering and documentation (BRD, FRS, user stories).

In-depth knowledge of requirement specifications and development, process flows, and developing business use case scenarios.

Sound knowledge in understanding business process, customer journey, evaluate bottlenecks and identify improvements in the processes.

Good analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication, proficient in dealing with people.

Having the right interpersonal and consultative skillsets (Good communication skill to build and maintain customer relationships).

Experienced in system testing (as user representative) and hold UAT session.

Note:

Full time WFO in SCBD Area & willingness to travel to sites, if needed.
