Lead and conduct IT audit engagements (for IT General Controls, IT Application Controls, and Cybersecurity Audit) of Head Office and its Units.

Job Description :

1. Lead and conduct IT audit engagements for IT General Controls, IT Application Controls, and Cybersecurity Audit of Head Office and its Units.
2. Lead and conduct Data Analytics projects.
3. Lead and conduct special review projects as requested by Management.
4. Prepare audit working papers and draft audit reports.
5. Engage line management to make practical and value-added recommendations.
6. Support continuous development of internal audit programs and tools.
7. Provide guidance to the audit team throughout all project phases: planning, fieldwork, review, and reporting.
8. Critically review processes, identify weaknesses or improvement opportunities, assess relevant risks and implications, and propose control enhancements.
9. Lead and resolve issues arising during audit or investigation projects.
10. Present audit findings and recommendations to local and regional management.
11. Prepare formal reports on audit findings and recommendations.
12. Execute and complete audits according to department standards and KPIs.
13. Assist in annual risk management, audit planning, consolidation of findings, and administrative tasks within the IA department.
14. Assist in developing and standardizing best practices within the IT Audit division.

Job Requirements :

1. Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field.
2. Minimum 4-5 years of IT Audit experience, preferably from Big 4 accounting firms.
3. Experience in IT Compliance and IT Audit (preferred but not mandatory).
4. Certifications such as Cisco, Microsoft, CEH, CISSP are preferred.
5. Experience as an administrator is advantageous.
6. Skills in Data Analytics tools (Python, SQL, etc.).
7. Strong problem-solving, creative thinking, and meticulous analytical skills.
8. Motivated, eager to learn, and energetic.
9. Language proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; Mandarin speaking is an advantage.
10. Strong analytical review skills.
11. Willingness to travel up to 50%.
12. Based in Head Office Jakarta.
