Posisi : IT Assistant

Education & Background

Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related fields.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1–2 years of IT-related experience is an advantage.

Technical Skills

Basic knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting (PCs, laptops, printers, peripherals).

Proficient in Windows OS, with basic knowledge of Linux/MacOS.

Understanding of computer networks (LAN, WiFi, IP addressing, router/switch).

Familiar with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and productivity tools.

Ability to perform software/hardware installation and configuration.

Knowledge of data security and backup systems.

Familiarity with servers, cloud services, databases, or ERP systems.

Job Requirements

English proficiency: Able to read and write in English at a moderate level.

Programming proficiency: Proficient in Python programming.

Website skills: Proficient in SEO and WordPress website management.

Multimedia processing: Ability to edit videos and images.

System concept: Understanding of CRM and ERP concepts; hands-on experience is a plus.

Portfolio: Applicants are welcome to include relevant portfolios.

Soft Skills
