Job description

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Java Developer Support professional to maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance Java-based applications. The ideal candidate will provide technical support, resolve application issues, and ensure the seamless performance of software systems in a production environment. This role requires expertise in Java development, debugging, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide L2/L3 support for Java-based applications, diagnosing and resolving technical issues.

Monitor application performance, logs, and error reports to identify potential issues.

Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents in a timely manner, minimizing downtime.

Work closely with DevOps, infrastructure, and QA teams to ensure system stability.

Analyze and debug code defects, perform root cause analysis, and provide fixes.

Develop and deploy bug fixes, patches, and small feature enhancements using Java.

Optimize queries, APIs, and system processes for better performance.

Assist in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing with the team.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

1-5 years of experience in Java application support or development.

Strong proficiency in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs.

Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.

Willing to WFO (Work From Office)
