About the role

This full-time IT Application Section Head position is an exciting opportunity to join PT Mitsubishi Motors Krama Yudha Indonesia' in Cikarang Pusat, West Java. You will be responsible for managing and overseeing the company's IT application development and maintenance, ensuring the smooth operation of critical systems that support the business.

What you'll be doing

Manage and lead a team of IT application developers and analysts

Oversee the design, development, testing and implementation of new IT applications and systems

Ensure existing plications and systems are maintained, updated and optimized for maximum efficiency

Manage MMKI System operation & maintenance for :

Global SAP and its surrounding system (MMC, 3PL, etc.)

Set & control commitment & target for IT Application Staff

Plan & control IT related budget

Support MMKI annual STO operation

Coordinate IT Application related Audit (App Control, JSOX, ISO, ITGC, etc.)

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field

Minimum 7 years of experience in IT application development and management

Strong technical expertise in software engineering, database management, and IT application

Proven experience in leading and motivating cross-functional IT teams

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex IT issues

Business acumen to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions

Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
