Job summary

PT ABISHAR TECHNOLOGIES INDONESIA is seeking an IT Analyst in Jakarta to translate business needs into system requirements and to support ongoing development in the Insurance sector.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in IT-related field, 3–4 years in IT analysis with programming background, strong SQL/database skills, and the ability to coordinate with users and developers while producing clear documentation. This role requires office-based work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in IT Analysis / System Analysis with a background in Programming / Software Development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to gather and analyze business and system requirements.
• Experience in system analysis, application flow, and technical documentation especially ERD.
• Familiar with SQL and database.
• Able to communicate and coordinate with users and technical teams.
• Willing to work from office.
