Job description

Akasha Yoga Academy is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented AI Automation Expert to help optimize workflows, manage digital marketing tools, and improve CRM processes. If you’re an independent problem-solver with experience in AI automation, Zapier, and CRM systems, this is your chance to make an impact in a mission-driven organization.

Responsibilities:

Implement AI-powered solutions to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency.

Research and integrate new AI tools to streamline business operations.

Assist in training the team to effectively use AI-powered platforms.

Design, develop, and implement automation workflows using Zapier.

Improve lead management, customer follow-up, and reporting processes.

Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.

CRM & Mailchimp Management:

Set up customer journeys, segment audiences, and create email campaigns using Mailchimp.

Maintain and optimize CRM systems for efficient customer data management.

Analyze and optimize workflows to increase campaign engagement.

Website & Visual Editing:

Assist with managing and updating Squarespace or Wix websites.

Perform webmaster tasks like domain settings, website maintenance, and platform integrations.

Use visual editors to design and modify web pages, email templates, and landing pages.

Adaptability & Independence:

Learn new tools and platforms as needed for business processes.

Work autonomously and efficiently to meet project goals and deadlines.
