As a Mid-level IT Administrator at Quantios, you will support and enhance our internal IT infrastructure and services. You will play a key role in device management, cloud administration, user support, and technical security operations, ensuring the smooth and secure functioning of corporate systems across our global workforce
Job Responsibilities
- Manage provisioning, configuration, and troubleshooting of end user devices including laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
- Support and maintain corporate applications, M365 tenant, and associated services.
- Administer user accounts, permissions, and access across core systems (e.g., Active Directory, Azure AD, Intune).
- Monitor system health, resolve incidents, and implement service improvements based on user feedback and issue trends.
- Implement updates and patching across endpoints and servers following security and compliance standards.
- Contribute to cyber security operations including antivirus management, vulnerability remediation, and DLP policy enforcement.
- Liaise with external vendors and the MDR/SOC service team to support threat monitoring and response.
- Assist in maintaining network infrastructure, VPN, and firewalls under the guidance of senior team members.
- Document configuration changes, operational procedures, and service requests.
- Support IT audits, asset tracking, and compliance reporting activities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- 2–4 years of experience in an IT support or systems administration role, ideally in a distributed or cloud-first environment.
- Proficiency with M365 administration, user support, and device management tools (e.g., Intune, Autopilot).
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD, Group Policy, and modern identity/access controls.
- Working knowledge of IT security tools and practices (e.g., antivirus, vulnerability scanning, MFA).
- Ability to troubleshoot system and network issues effectively and document resolutions.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- ITIL or Microsoft certification is desirable.
