Job summary

PT Dowa Eco System Indonesia (DESI) seeks a QA specialist to support ISO/IEC 17025:2017 compliant validation, calibration, and documentation in our Lamongan lab.

You will conduct method validation, measurement uncertainty, proficiency testing, and maintain ISO 17025 records while addressing non-conformances and driving improvements.

Lamongan, East Java placement within a manufacturing team; DESI is part of the DOWA Holdings group focused on environmental management and recycling.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Environmental Engineering, Science, Waste Management, or related field.
• Strong understanding of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standards.
• Hands-on lab operations: validation, calibration, uncertainty, proficiency testing.
• Prepare, review and maintain technical documents in ISO 17025.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to accuracy and quality.
• Placement: Lamongan, East Java.

Responsibilities

• Validation & Verification of methods and instruments; calibration; control charts.
• Handle non-conformances, repairs, improvements, and QA reporting.
• Document control and record-keeping for quality assurance.
