This position reports to

Global IS Manager - SRC Advisory and Assessments

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the defined service line(s) in the design and development of end-to-end lifecycle roadmaps and effective and efficient delivery of services together with a team of dedicated internal and external suppliers. The work model for the role is hybrid.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Acting as the Product owner for the Compliance Engine for Security Assessment and Risks (CESAR) tool.
• Translating security and compliance requirements to end user interface for assessments delivered through the Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) modules on the SNOW platform.
• Being responsible for design and automation requirements gathering and overseeing Development, Integration, operation, and maintenance activities of CESAR.
• Managing and maintaining documentation, end user manuals, high-level and low-level architecture and flow designs of the CESAR tool.
• Being accountable for communication, training and awareness of stakeholders, as well as for timely reporting of CESAR tool.
• Being responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining the framework to deliver the services in scope, on time, within budget, and in line with the customer's expectations.
• Being accountable for creating and managing Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Operational Level Agreements (OLA) in order to increase transparency between the service provider and the Service Owner, and to provide feedback about the service's performance, availability, capacity, etc.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related qualification.
• Expertise on Service Now IRN/TPRM Modules.
• Knowledge of Service Now development, security products.
• Experience with Security SDLC Practices.
• Good Communication Skills.
