This position reports to

Global IS Manager - SRC Advisory and Assessments

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the defined service line(s) in designing and developing end-to-end lifecycle roadmaps and ensuring effective and efficient delivery of services, working with a team of dedicated internal and external suppliers. The work model for this role is hybrid (#LI-Hybrid). This role contributes to the IS Services. You will mainly be accountable for:

• Acting as the Product Owner for the Compliance Engine for Security Assessment and Risks (CESAR) tool.
• Translating security and compliance requirements into the end-user interface for assessments delivered through the Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) modules on the ServiceNow platform.
• Designing and gathering automation requirements, overseeing development, integration, operation, and maintenance activities of CESAR.
• Managing and maintaining documentation, end-user manuals, architecture, and flow designs of the CESAR tool.
• Communicating, training, and raising awareness among stakeholders, as well as reporting on CESAR tool performance.
• Designing, implementing, and maintaining the framework to deliver services on time, within budget, and aligned with customer expectations.
• Creating and managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) to enhance transparency and provide feedback on service performance, availability, and capacity.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Expertise in ServiceNow IRM/TPRM modules.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow development and security products.
• Experience with Security Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices.
• Good communication skills.
