Job summary

A leading healthcare company in Padalarang is looking for an IPC Inspector & Production Compliance Staff. You will monitor production activities for coated tablet manufacturing, ensure compliance with GMP, and handle documentation in SAP. A diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 1 year of experience in a pharmaceutical environment is required. Strong attention to detail and good communication skills are essential.

Job description

IPC Inspector & Production Compliance Staff

Monitor production activities for coated tablet manufacturing, including tablet compression, tablet coating, primary packaging, and secondary packaging processes.

Perform in-process control (IPC) checks and verify line clearance in accordance with SOPs and GMP requirements.

Record and input production activities into SAP.

Compile and review environmental monitoring data, including room temperature, humidity, and delta pressure.

Coordinate with the Purchasing team for procurement of non-inventory production materials such as production plastic, adhesive tape, etc.

Monitor and maintain records of improvement initiatives and ideas within the production department

Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Knowledge of GMP and quality control procedures.

Proficient in SAP is an advantage.

Strong attention to detail, good coordination, and communication skills.
