Job summary

PT SMART Tbk in Jakarta seeks an accounting professional to manage day-to-day invoice processing for the assigned business unit, including PO and non-PO invoices. You will verify documents, post and settle invoices, and ensure policy adherence.

Role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting with 2–3 years of experience, SAP proficiency, and English fluency. Mandarin is a plus. Willingness to be located in Jakarta is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• At least 2–3 years of related work experience.
• Graduate from a reputable university with GPA at least 3.00.
• Must be proficient in SAP and able to work in Jakarta.
• Fluency in English; Mandarin would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Check and verify invoice documents prior to posting.
• Process, post, and settle invoices per policy.
• Ensure compliance in invoice processing.
• Perform GL coding for Non-PO invoices.
• Route non-PO invoices to Team Lead for review and approval.
• Monitor outstanding employee T&E advances regularly.
• Pass invoices with issues to the Exception Handling team for resolution.
• Assist in updating process documentation/SOPs as required.
• Eliminate non-standard practices and non-compliance.
