A leading company in Jakarta is seeking an Investor Relations Manager to develop and execute investor relations strategies, prepare communication materials, and lead earnings calls. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in investment banking, strong analytical skills, and expertise in capital markets.
Develop and execute the companys investor relations strategy in alignment with financial and business objectives.
Act as the primary point of contact between the company and the investor community (institutional investors, analysts, shareholders).
Prepare investor communication materials including earnings releases, presentations, annual reports, and press releases.
Lead quarterly earnings calls and prepare scripts and Q&A materials for management.
Monitor analyst reports and summarize market sentiment, shareholder concerns, and industry trends to internal stakeholders.
Build strong relationships with equity analysts, institutional investors, and key market participants.
Organize investor roadshows, conferences, and one-on-one meetings.
Collaborate with finance, legal, and corporate communication teams to ensure consistency and compliance of disclosures.
Track and analyze shareholder structure, stock performance, and peer benchmarking.
Provide strategic input to management based on investor feedback and market intelligence.
Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience, ideally starting in investment banking at a reputable bank followed by exposure to corporate finance or investor relations.
Proven track record in financial modeling, valuation, and strategic analysis.
Strong understanding of capital markets, public company operations, and regulatory disclosures.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
High attention to detail, strong analytical mindset, and ability to distill complex financial information clearly.
Experience engaging with C-level executives and institutional investors is preferred.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
