Job description

· Identify and research prospective investors, including high net worth individuals, venture capitalists, institutional investors, and family offices.

· Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential investors.

· Attend and represent the company at networking events, conferences, and seminars to expand the company’s network.

2. Relationship Building

· Cultivate and manage relationships with investors to ensure long-term collaboration and trust.

· Act as the primary point of contact for potential and existing investors, addressing inquiries and providing updates on investment opportunities.

· Design and implement innovative fundraising strategies aligned with the company’s goals and market trends.

· Collaborate with leadership to set and achieve fundraising targets and objectives.

4. Pitching & Proposal Development

· Prepare compelling investment pitches, proposals, and presentations tailored to potential investors.

· Communicate the company’s investment’s value proposition and growth potential effectively.

· Lead negotiations and close deals with investors.

5. Market Analysis & Reporting

· Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the investment landscape.

· Provide regular updates and reports on fundraising progress, including key metrics and insights.

6. Compliance & Documentation

· Ensure all investor agreements and transactions comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

· Maintain accurate and confidential records of investor interactions and agreements.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

2. Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in fundraising, investor relations, business development, or similar role preferably in the investment or financial sector.

3. Strong network of potential investors and financial stakeholders in Indonesia or internationally.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.

5. Proven track record of achieving fundraising or investment targets.

6. Strong analytical and presentation skills with the ability to craft compelling pitches.

7. Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

8. Knowledge of the Indonesian investment and regulatory landscape is advantageous.

9. Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
