Investment Banking (Cross Border Team) - Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate transaction scenarios, company valuations, and other strategic analyses

Support the creation of high-quality client materials, including pitch books and transaction-related presentations, tailored to senior executives, boards of directors, and other key stakeholders

Assist in managing the execution of live transactions, including due diligence processes, documentation, regulatory engagement, and coordination with internal and external parties.

Conduct in-depth industry and company research to provide insights into market trends and help craft tailored strategic and financial advice for clients

Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams across regions to ensure seamless delivery of cross-border advisory solutions and strategic initiatives

Perform daily administrative and operational tasks related to ongoing transactions, including—but not limited to-monitoring deal progress, coordinating internal and external communications, managing timelines and deliverables, and preparing periodic reports such as monthly updates and account summaries.

Contributing to business development efforts by identifying potential clients, supporting the preparation of marketing materials, and maintaining internal databases and deal pipelines

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or master's degree from a financial discipline

Minimum 1 years investment banking or equivalent experience, but Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply

History of outstanding academic and professional achievement

Strong team orientation and a demonstrated ability to work effectively with team members in multiple groups and regions

Fluent in English, both oral and written, is a must
