Job Description

- Deal Sourcing and Execution: conduct industry research, deal sourcing, and investment execution for fast-growing private companies (mainly Indonesia). The process includes due diligence, investment memo preparation, documentation, and reporting to HQ.

- Portfolio Management and Value Creation: manage, monitor, and work closely with portfolio companies to provide ongoing support, including facilitating synergies between portfolio companies and group businesses.

- Relationship Management: expand professional networks within the founders and entrepreneur community.

- Any other ad hoc tasks as required.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields from reputable universities.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Venture Capital, tech startups, consulting, banking, or related strategy roles.
- Fluency in verbal and written English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- A fast learner with an excellent work ethic.
- Passionate about startups, tech, or venture space.
- Ability to analyze and evaluate financial reports.
- Ability to read and understand investment contracts and agreements.
- Eager to conduct thorough research and prepare presentation reports for prospective investments.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
