Get to know our Team: TreeDots is a platform that helps to redistribute unsold inventories in the F&B market from suppliers to businesses like restaurants, cafes, etc. Through this platform, we aim to improve efficiency and productivity of F&B users to achieve more with less resources and prevent unnecessary wastage. We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our family!
Responsibilities:
- Monitor results by shift/work area and communicate inventory and quality metrics to Inventory Control Manager;
- Conduct analysis of inventory discrepancies and collaborate with operations to mitigate recurrence of issues;
- Coordinate with customer service representatives (CSRs) to understand shipping errors reported by customers and find root causes;
- Monitor systematic replenishment and oversee completion of replenishment activities;
- Lead, coach, mentor, and develop teammates on job functions/procedures to achieve objectives and productivity goals;
- Lead operational initiatives to ensure inventory accuracy goals are met;
- Plan, monitor, and manage actual performance against operational standards;
- Account for in-stock merchandise conditions by conducting audits, creating exception reports, and optimizing inventory turns;
- Create and maintain a robust cycle count program;
- Prepare and oversee semi-annual physical inventories;
- Support and lead special projects related to larger corporate supply chain, planning, logistics, and inventory initiatives;
- Manage slotting plan using sales, shipping, and replenishment data;
- Run reports in PKMS for SKU location transfers and validate daily cycle counts performed by hourly employees;
- Analyze and report on inventory discrepancies and slotting issues.
Requirements:
- Ability to count in all units of measure using whole numbers;
- Understanding of distribution processes;
- Knowledge of customer billing and credit processes;
- Minimum of three years' experience in inventory control, warehousing, sales, or related fields;
- Ability to perform multiple tasks and adapt skills to changing conditions;
- Basic computer skills;
- Excellent math, communication, and organizational skills;
- Knowledge of HACCP compliance and inventory control procedures.
