Job summary

Bali Padel Academy is seeking a Store Operations specialist to manage daily inventory, reconcile stock between the warehouse system and physical counts, and plan replenishment for the BPA Store. You will ensure accurate tagging and pricing while maintaining display standards.

Furthermore, you will support e-commerce tasks and assist the warehouse with tagging and stock checks as needed. SMA/SMK or equivalent and 1 year of retail experience are preferred, with Excel/Sheets proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in Retail, Store Operations, Inventory, Warehouse, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of stock checking, stock counting, inventory control, and stock replenishment.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly in maintaining accurate records and ensuring consistency between physical inventory and system records.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, disciplined, and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership.
• Physically fit and willing to perform tasks involving lifting, moving, counting, and arranging merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Monitor overall inventory performance for BPA Store.
• Perform daily stock reconciliation between the system and physical inventory
• Plan stock allocation and replenishment for the BPA Store.
• Receive, verify, and record incoming stock into the inventory system for BPA Store
• Analyse fast- and slow-moving products to determine replenishment priorities for BPA store
• Check & ensure all products are correctly tagged and priced
• Investigate and report any stock discrepancies immediately to Warehouse
• Store Display: Ensure products are clean, complete, and properly arranged.
• Replace damaged or dirty display items
• Report display issue requiring attention
• Others Work Support: Support tasks for the E-commerce (exceptional)
• Support tasks for Warehouse, examples: helping tagging the items, checking & counting the stocks (exceptional)
