Job summary

Kapit Mas Trading (KMT) is seeking a Stock / Warehouse Operations Officer to manage inventory across Bali and Java. The role focuses on stock accuracy, validating receiving and delivery documentation, and recording movements in the Odoo KMT system.

You will report to the Director and coordinate with the Commercial Assistant Manager on replenishment, delivery schedules, and stock reporting. The candidate should have a Diploma and at least 1 year in warehousing, with willingness to travel between

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) in Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of warehousing/logistics/inventory management experience.
• Hands-on experience in physical stock management and stock counting.
• Good understanding of receiving and shipping documentation (surat jalan, goods receipt).
• High accuracy in checking quantity and condition of goods.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel.
• Willing to be placed and mobile between Bali and Java per operational needs.
• Detail-oriented and systematic in document handling and physical goods.
• Honest and trustworthy in handling company assets; proactive reporting.
• Good coordination skills across teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor physical inventory across Bali and Java locations.
• Receive, inspect, and validate incoming goods against POs in Odoo KMT.
• Coordinate deliveries and ensure DOs align with Sales Orders in Odoo KMT.
• Prepare weekly stock reports for the Business Operations Lead.
• Record all stock movements in Odoo KMT Inventory Module in real time.
• Report stock discrepancies to the Business Operations Lead the same day.
