Inventory Manager

Responsibilities

1. Scheduling, conducting cycle counts, and coordinating with supervisor & operation staff
2. Preparing cycle counts report, including an explanation to the Head of Operation
3. Keeping records for every activity in a good and clear filing system
4. Assisting in performing stock count activity
5. Conducting aisle checks to ensure bin accuracy for every client, as well as optimising space
6. Conducting 20% random check for any putaway and picking activities and reporting the result to the Head of Operation
7. Reporting stock holding and shelving/pallet utilization weekly
8. Helping Internal Security and Finance to investigate conditions related to goods stealing, shrinkage, trans-loss, and any other discrepancies
9. Safeguarding stock and maintaining bin accuracy
10. Coordinating with clients for the disposal of damaged goods
11. Helping the warehouse team to perform a stock transfer, stock adjustment, etc
12. Responsible for checking bin accuracy status and recommending action plan to achieve 99.98% bin accuracy
13. Provide Key Performance Indicator (KPI) on Inventory Record Accuracy

Qualifications

1. Minimum S1
2. Minimum 5 years experience
3. Good understanding of warehousing processes
4. Good knowledge of logistic functions
5. Good understanding of the basic business process
6. Can create & develop new technical procedures related to warehouse operations
7. Good knowledge of computer literature; Ms.Office, system, and database
8. Good communication skills and teamwork
