Job summary

Siegwerk is seeking an Inventory Controller in Tangerang, Indonesia to maintain accurate stock levels and support production planning. The role requires experience managing raw materials, WIP, and finished goods, with SAP ERP and advanced Excel skills highly preferred.

You will coordinate with Production Planning, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams, perform cycle counts, and help optimize inventory turnover to reduce costs. This challenging position offers growth in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Related university degree (engineering preferred).
• 3–5 years in inventory control or related field within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with raw materials, WIP, finished goods.
• Experience in SAP ERP is a plus.
• Strong understanding of inventory management.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
• Ensure materials are available to support production schedules.
• Prevent stock shortages, overstocking, and production delays.
• Monitor inventory movements and compliance with procedures.
• Coordinate with Production Planning, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams to ensure material availability.
• Maintain inventory accuracy between physical stock and system records.
• Conduct cycle counts and periodic physical stock counts.
• Analyze inventory turnover, aging stock, slow-moving, and obsolete inventory.
• Support implementation of inventory management systems and best practices.
