Job summary

PT. Central Mega Kencana is seeking a finance professional to prepare and compile financial reports per cluster, using manual and system-generated journal recaps based on received data.

You will verify daily and monthly inventory records, including gold balances and warehouse tool stock, ensure data accuracy, review supporting documents for billed expenses and cash/bank disbursements, and participate in stock opname and ISO 9001:2015 quality initiatives within the assigned scope.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and compile financial reports per cluster, including manual and system-generated journal recaps based on received data.
• Verify daily and monthly inventory records, including gold balances and warehouse tool stock, to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Review, reconcile, and maintain the completeness of supporting documents for billed expenses, cash and bank disbursement transactions, and various balance sheet accounts.
• Conduct periodic stock opname activities, validate hardcopy and softcopy records, and prepare consolidated stock opname reports.
• Manage manufacturing asset handover processes, asset labeling (machines and office inventory), and employee receivable records within the manufacturing area.
• Perform inventory shrinkage cross-checks with the Collection Refinery team and support the implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System within the assigned scope of work.
