Job summary

BINUS University seeks a professional to develop and implement the internationalization program for BINUS Online. You will coordinate partnerships, exchange programs, and global outreach, liaising with foreign institutions, embassies, and government agencies.

The role includes guiding program staff, managing admissions for international programs, and collaborating with faculty to resolve academic issues for student mobility while monitoring impact and reporting to the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required
• Minimum 2 years working experience
• Strong communication and English proficiency

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement internationalization program in BINUS Online
• Coordinate international partnerships, exchange programs, and global outreach
• Liaise with foreign institutions, embassies, and government agencies
• Provide guidance and support to Internationalization Program staff involved in international programs
• In charge in admission for international programs for incoming and outgoing students
• Collaborate with BINUS Online faculty to address academic issues for student mobility
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and impact
• Provide reports to direct supervisor and suggest process improvements related to time, effort and cost
• Perform activities related to Quality Management System
• Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor
